Anastasia is a Don Bluth animation, and it is very well done, with a good story as well. I think Bluth is most famous for The Secrets of Nimh? Bluth worked as an animator for Disney before going on to establish his own studio, so you can always expect excellent art work in his films. One of my Bluth favorites is Thumbalina.
