JANE ARDEN

This newspaper ad from January 20, 1929 announced the new feature "Jane Arden, Newspaper Woman". The ad introduced the creators of Jane Arden and how the strip came into being.

Jane Arden paper dolls still appeared in newspapers in the 1950's and 1960's. The above paper doll is from May 27, 1950.

From June 17, 1956. A more mature looking Jane Arden.

From February 02, 1958. Another new look for Jane.
